  • Sizing may vary between vendors 
  • Limited quantities may sell out quickly 
  • Pricing or availability errors may occur 

We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice. 

3. Order & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information you provide us accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method 
  • You understand all sales are processed in USD
  • Orders cannot be modified once submitted 

We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Shipping

Processing times and shipping details are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is shipped, MB Swag N Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

5. Returns 

All returns follow our Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only
  • Items must meet our eligibility requirements 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • Final sale items cannot be returned 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our guidelines. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site- including logos, images, product photos, graphics, branding, and written material- is the property of MB Swag N Shop. 

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities 

Users may not:

  • Use this site for fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the site
  • Upload harmful code, viruses, ot malicouses content 
  • Attempt to access private administrative areas 
  • Use our images or branding without written permission 

Violation of the rules may result in legal action or termination of access.

Participation in our affiliate program requires compliance with all program guidelines. Misuse- including fraudulent orders, code misrepresentation, or harassment may result in termination without payout.

  • Delays or failures caused by external factors 
  • User-generated mistakes (such as incorrect addresses)
